叢枝(zhi)菌(jun)根真菌(jun) (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi; AMF)可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)直(zhi)接(jie)向(xiang)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)提供養分或促(cu)(cu)進(jin)土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)有機(ji)質(zhi)礦化來改(gai)善植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)養分的(de)(de)(de)獲取,從而(er)影(ying)響自然(ran)群落的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)關系(xi),然(ran)而(er)關于土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)不(bu)同氮(dan)(dan)(dan)磷(lin)水平下(xia)AMF如(ru)何(he)作用(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)關系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)尚不(bu)清楚。該(gai)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)以(yi)黃土(tu)高原天(tian)然(ran)草(cao)地(di)頂級群落優(you)勢(shi)(shi)種(zhong)白羊草(cao)(Bothriochloaischaemum;C4植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu))和伴(ban)生(sheng)種(zhong)達烏里胡枝(zhi)子(zi)(Lespedezadavurica;豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu))為研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)對(dui)(dui)象,通(tong)過(guo)微宇宙(zhou)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)13C和15N穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)同位素(su)標記實驗,揭示了不(bu)同土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)磷(lin)添加(jia)水平下(xia)AMF影(ying)響氮(dan)(dan)(dan)素(su)在植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)-土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)系(xi)統中的(de)(de)(de)分配規律及其種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)關系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)表明(ming)在低氮(dan)(dan)(dan)水平下(xia)AMF優(you)先(xian)(xian)向(xiang)C4植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)根系(xi)提供N,而(er)減(jian)少豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)對(dui)(dui)N的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou),從而(er)抑制(zhi)(zhi)了AMF對(dui)(dui)豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)地(di)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)生(sheng)長;氮(dan)(dan)(dan)含量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)后(hou),AMF通(tong)過(guo)促(cu)(cu)進(jin)豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)長加(jia)強了植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)關系(xi),減(jian)弱了由(you)于種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)作用(yong)對(dui)(dui)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)通(tong)過(guo)AMF路徑吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)N的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響。低水平磷(lin)含量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)后(hou),AMF促(cu)(cu)進(jin)了C4植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)地(di)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)N的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou),降(jiang)低了豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)N吸(xi)收(shou)(shou),高水平磷(lin)含量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)后(hou),AMF通(tong)過(guo)降(jiang)低豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)N吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)而(er)促(cu)(cu)進(jin)C4植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)N吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)來調(diao)節植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)關系(xi)。上(shang)述結果說(shuo)明(ming)在土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)NP有效性(xing)(xing)嚴重(zhong)限制(zhi)(zhi)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)生(sheng)長時,AMF對(dui)(dui)C4禾本(ben)科(ke)(ke)牧草(cao)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)先(xian)(xian)供氮(dan)(dan)(dan)是維(wei)持優(you)勢(shi)(shi)種(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要途徑,當NP限制(zhi)(zhi)緩解后(hou),AMF可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)調(diao)節土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)酶活性(xing)(xing)改(gai)變(bian)土(tu)壤(rang)(rang)(rang)可(ke)利用(yong)養分特征(zheng),進(jin)而(er)改(gai)變(bian)C4禾本(ben)科(ke)(ke)牧草(cao)和C3豆(dou)科(ke)(ke)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)間(jian)(jian)關系(xi)。該(gai)研究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)揭示了草(cao)地(di)生(sheng)態(tai)系(xi)統植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)物(wu)種(zhong)多樣性(xing)(xing)維(wei)持和群落結構穩(wen)(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)AMF作用(yong)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),對(dui)(dui)于草(cao)地(di)經(jing)營(ying)管理具(ju)有重(zhong)要意義(yi)。
