報告人簡介:

       孫麗(li)英(ying),女,教授,博士研(yan)究(jiu)生導師。2007年(nian)畢業(ye)(ye)于(yu)日本(ben)岡山大(da)(da)學(xue)獲理學(xue)博士學(xue)位(wei);2008年(nian)至2013年(nian),就職于(yu)浙江省(sheng)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院病(bing)毒學(xue)與(yu)生物技術研(yan)究(jiu)所; 2014年(nian)至今就職于(yu)西北農(nong)林(lin)科(ke)(ke)技大(da)(da)學(xue)植物保護學(xue)院;2020年(nian)至2023年(nian)聘(pin)為日本(ben)岡山大(da)(da)學(xue)外(wai)聘(pin)教授。入選(xuan) “百(bai)(bai)千萬(wan)人(ren)才(cai)工(gong)程”國家級(ji)人(ren)選(xuan)暨(ji)“有突出(chu)貢獻中青年(nian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家”,自(zi)(zi)2000年(nian)開始先后針(zhen)對侵(qin)染(ran)植物、真菌的(de)RNA病(bing)毒開展了一系列(lie)(lie)的(de)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)。取得(de)了一些(xie)階(jie)段性(xing)成果,以(yi)第(di)一、通訊(xun)(包括并列(lie)(lie))作者(zhe)發表PNAS (IF 9.661) (3篇(pian)(pian));Nucleic Acids Res. (IF 10.1)(1篇(pian)(pian));Plant Biotechnol J (IF 7.7) ;RNA (IF 5.8);Sci Rep (IF 5.3)(1篇(pian)(pian));、Mol. Plant Pathol. (2篇(pian)(pian)); Mol. Plant Microbe Interact (1篇(pian)(pian)); Virology等45多篇(pian)(pian)原(yuan)創性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)論文(wen)。應邀撰寫大(da)(da)英(ying)百(bai)(bai)科(ke)(ke)全(quan)書第(di)4版(病(bing)毒的(de)跨界侵(qin)染(ran)部(bu)分)。2018年(nian)1月(yue)應邀擔(dan)任(ren)Frontiers in Microbiology雜(za)志編(bian)委,Frontiers in Fungal virus research專(zhuan)(zhuan)欄主(zhu)編(bian)。先后主(zhu)持國家自(zi)(zi)然(ran)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)基金項(xiang)(xiang)目(5項(xiang)(xiang)),國家重點研(yan)發計(ji)劃子課題(2項(xiang)(xiang)),農(nong)業(ye)(ye)部(bu)轉基因專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)子課題(1項(xiang)(xiang))及(ji)其它省(sheng)部(bu)級(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)目共(gong)13項(xiang)(xiang)。

      《生(sheng)命科學研究進展》是西北農(nong)林科技(ji)大學博士(shi)一年級課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)。該(gai)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)將邀請(qing)生(sheng)命科學不同(tong)領(ling)域的優秀教授(shou)講(jiang)授(shou)各領(ling)域的最新研究進展和他們自己(ji)的科研工作。

Introduction of Speaker:

Dr. Sun Liying is a professor of the College of Plant Protection, Northwest A&F University. Dr. Sun received her bachelor’s degree from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University in 1996 and master’s degree from China Agricultural University in 2003. In 2007, she received PhD from Okayama University, Japan. From 2008 to 2013, Dr. Sun worked in Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She joined Northwest A&F University in 2014.


Her research interests include studies of virus-host interactions and virus–vector interactions. She has been working on insect/fungal transmitted viruses such as rice black streaked dwarf virus, wheat yellow mosaic virus. Recently, she initiated a new research topicabout cross-kingdom virus infections between plant and fungus. The large distinctness of biological characteristics among organisms of different kingdom lays out natural barriers for virus horizontal transfer, but the utilization of modern technologies and human activities has caused for drastic changes of the biological and ecological systems on the earth. These could facilitate the advantageous conditions for the occurrences of cross-kingdom viral infection in the environment. Conceivably, this raises the concern for possible emergence of new animal and agricultural diseases in the future.


Since 2000, her researches have been focused on RNA viruses infecting plants and fungi, and 45 papers have been published in scientific journals, including Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA in 2017, 2019, and 2020. She has been invited to write the fourth edition of the Virus Encyclopedia for “the cross-kingdom virus infection” section. She was invited to be the top editor of the Frontiers in Fungal virus research topic. Currently, she is cross appointed professor of Okayama University (Japan).
